Clark strikes at the death
Seattle rescued a point in Commerce City. Caden Clark made it 3-3 in the third minute of stoppage time on Saturday night at the Colorado Rapids’ ground, a right-footed effort from 25 yards that came through a crowd of bodies.
Clark had come on in the 83rd minute. He finished off an Albert Rusnak pass, with Rusnak already having set up two goals in the match.
The point hides nothing. The Sounders (7-9-8, 29 points) have gone 13 matches without a win. Five straight draws now.

Colorado thought it had this one wrapped up
Morgan Whittaker opened the scoring in the 28th minute. Paxten Aaronson kept the ball alive on the edge of the box before teeing up Whittaker, who fired first time with his left foot.
Cristian Roldan made it 1-1 in the 49th. Rusnak delivered a free kick from outside the area, Roldan rose above the crowd and nodded home at the near post.
Colorado went back in front six minutes later. Whittaker swung a corner into the six-yard box, Loic Williams got his head to it, Andrew Thomas got a touch, and Donavan Phillip thumped it in left-footed under the bar.
Whittaker doubled the lead in the 76th, Aaronson again the provider. Both Whittaker and Phillip scored their first MLS goals.
Two Rapids streaks die in one night
Three minutes after the third goal, Dejan Joveljic pulled one back with a right-footed finish into the top corner. He had already been a problem in the first half: a cross for Jordan Morris, whose header hit the bar in the 17th minute, then a shot over the top in the 20th.
Colorado (11-12-3, 36 points) lost two runs at once. Six straight home wins. Six home clean sheets.
