A move starts to take shape
Conrad Harder could leave RB Leipzig before the summer transfer window shuts. That is the word from Foot Mercato, which says the German club is now open to a deal.
The Danish striker is 21. He joined the Bundesliga last summer from Sporting CP and has never managed to nail down a regular place in the starting XI.
Martn Demichelis has made things even harder with his team selections. The coach does not appear to be backing him fully for the rest of the season.
Try it for $0.99.
Leeds and Galatasaray are watching
Two clubs are following the situation closely, again according to the French outlet. Leeds like what he offers and are keeping a close eye on his situation. Galatasaray are also in the mix.
No firm bid has been mentioned at this stage. Both sides are still keeping watch.
Lazio have a different idea
The Rome club has taken a different approach. Foot Mercato says it is offering a loan with an option to buy in a bid to tempt Leipzig.
The structure has clear appeal for the German side. It cuts the financial risk and gives the player time to get his career back on track.
Harder’s name has already been doing the rounds in several European leagues in recent weeks. The deadline is getting closer. The Denmark international will not have long to make up his mind.
