According to Foot Mercato, the Italian striker has reached the end of his rehab. An ACL tear, months out of action, and the final stage of the recovery plan is now done. The match sharpness will come back slowly.
He is 25. He has spent more time in treatment rooms than on the pitch in full seasons.

Torino have made their call
The Piedmont club no longer counts on him. Again, Foot Mercato says Pellegri has been left out of the sporting plan. The door is open this window.
And the board won’t be slamming it shut. Torino want to smooth the exit, not block it.
A Ligue 2 club has tested the waters
The French outlet says a Ligue 2 side, unnamed for now, has recently checked on his situation. Clubs in Serie B and Spain’s second tier are also said to be tracking the case.
The player has a clear preference: stay in Italy. That would point more towards a move in Serie B.
Once at AS Monaco and tipped as a wonderkid before he was even out of his teens, Pellegri has never had a body that matched his talent. At 25, there is still time to flip that story. What he needs now is a club willing to take the gamble.
