Aurora had to go to double overtime to get there
Aurora’s route was a lot rougher. 13-7 against NRG on Cache, then 19-17 on Mirage after double overtime. Turk Ismailcan “XANTARES” Dortkardes finished with 51 frags and a plus-14. Michael “Grim” Wince stopped at 39 kills for NRG, with a minus-1.
The four semi-finalists already know each other well. On Thursday, to open the event, NRG, Aurora, FURIA and Vitality all won their first matches.
StarLadder StarSeries Fall 2026 is a Tier 1 Counter-Strike 2 event with a $500,000 prize pool. Eight teams, double elimination, Thursday through Sunday. Every match is best-of-three until the final, which is best-of-five.
The winners take home $200,000, split into $100,000 for the players and $100,000 for the organisation.
Two players, 63 kills each, one team going home
In the lower half, MOUZ came from behind to beat Natus Vincere. The Ukrainians had taken Cache 13-10 before MOUZ grabbed Inferno 13-10 and Mirage 13-8. Dorian “xertioN” Berman ended with 49 frags for MOUZ. For NaVi, Ihor “w0nderful” Zhdanov piled up 59 frags and a plus-14. It was all for nothing.
MIBR dumped magic out 2-1. Ancient went 13-8, Mirage was lost 11-13, then Inferno was closed out 13-8. Felipe “insani” Yuji finished with 63 frags and a plus-21. Abdurakhim “mo0N” Issa posted the exact same total for magic, with a plus-20. Two players with 63 kills in the same match, only one team moving on.
Natus Vincere and magic finish seventh and eighth, earning $10,000 each.
Saturday is straightforward. Upper-bracket final between Aurora and Vitality. Then the lower-bracket quarter-finals: FURIA against MOUZ, NRG against MIBR, and the winner of the first tie faces the winner of the second.
