Shelton next

The reward is a tough one. Rinderknech plays third seed Ben Shelton on Thursday, with a place in the quarterfinals at stake.

He is one of three French winners at Bercy on a day that also saw Quentin Halys save four match points to beat Frances Tiafoe and Luca Van Assche knock out 15th seed Learner Tien.
