Frosinone vs Côme: visitors unbeaten in 10 league games, promoted side sitting on seven points 
Côme have gone 10 Serie A matches without defeat, stretching back to the end of last season. The Lombardy club have 10 points from four games, just two behind Roma and Inter.
Frosinone, promoted this summer, have picked up seven points over the same run. Kick-off is set for Sunday, September 20 at 15:00 at the Stadio Benito Stirpe.
Both clubs come into this one from very different places. Côme are in their first European season, while Frosinone are back in the top flight for the third time in around a decade.
The visitors have had a week of extremes: a 4-1 hammering of RB Leipzig in their first Champions League match, followed by a scrappier 2-1 win over Parma. Brazilian defender Kaiki scored his first goal for the club.
Cesc Fabregas has built this start to the season on what they do away from home. In 2026, no Serie A side has taken more points on the road than the Lariani, who are averaging two goals per away game.
Recent history, though, pushes back against that balance of power. In their last meeting in 2022-23, Frosinone won both games 2-0.
More broadly, the Canarini have won four of the last five competitive meetings between the two clubs, across Serie B and Serie C. The head-to-head record is not exactly pulling Côme’s way.

Frosinone: seven points and an attack that is ticking 
Frosinone opened with a 1-0 home defeat to Juventus, then went to Florence and won 3-0. Two results that already said plenty about a promoted side nobody would want to take lightly.
That pattern held with a 3-2 win over Venezia and a 1-1 draw in Genoa. Four matches, one defeat, and that loss came against the most decorated club in Italy.
The Stirpe has become a proper base for them. The Canarini pushed Juventus hard there and then beat Venezia on the same ground, which gives their home edge some bite on Sunday.
Giorgi Kvernadze is carrying plenty of the attacking threat. The Georgian is statistically Serie A’s best dribbler this season and has scored in his last two appearances.
Antonio Raimondo adds another layer, with four goals since the restart. That two-man output is a big reason Frosinone have scored in three of their four league games.
Fares Ghedjemis, who scored 15 times in Serie B last season, has been brought back into the fold after links with Scotland and Turkey over the summer. He made his first start of the season last week.
Massimiliano Alvini will be without Florian Grillitsch, who is still bothered by a muscle problem. Full-back Aleksa Terzic, out with a thigh issue, is also a doubt.

Côme: Serie A’s best travellers in 2026 
Côme began with a 1-1 draw at Udine before rattling off three wins: 2-1 at Naples, 4-1 in Genoa and 2-1 against Parma. 10 points from four games, still unbeaten.
The trip to the Ferraris summed up their current attacking power best. Four goals away to a direct rival is the sort of statement that makes people notice.
Their Champions League opener carried that form on with a 4-1 win over RB Leipzig. For a first ever European match, the margin was more than a little eye-catching.
Fabregas’s side have made the road their calling card: more away points than anyone else in Serie A in 2026, at an average of two goals a game.
Several players are already making decisive contributions, including Tasos Douvikas, Nico Paz, Assane Diao and Martin Baturina. The Croatian has been involved in three goals across his last two away games, at Naples and Genoa.
Moise Kean, signed in the summer 2026 window, made his first start against Parma. He is now in direct competition with Douvikas, who was the club’s top scorer last season.
The treatment room is basically down to Jayden Addai, who has been out for a long time. That leaves Fabregas with close to a full squad for this trip to Lazio.

Côme have taken more away points than any other Serie A side in 2026, scoring two goals per trip on average. Their last away day ended in a 4-1 win at Genoa.
The gap in quality also shows in the depth of the squad: Kean and Douvikas are fighting for the central role, Paz and Baturina are feeding the attack, and the only absentee is Jayden Addai. Frosinone, by contrast, are likely to be without Grillitsch and possibly Terzic as well.
The promoted side should be able to bother Côme for an hour or so through Kvernadze and Raimondo, but they have conceded in every one of their four league matches. Côme should leave the Stirpe with all three points.
