Las Vegas Raiders vs Los Angeles Rams – Free NFL Prediction – 25/10/2026

Las Vegas Raiders vs Los Angeles Rams: no Davante Adams, against a defence that has allowed 30 or more three weeks running NFL

Davante Adams caught 30 passes for 480 yards and four touchdowns in the Rams’ first six games. A ruptured hamstring against Arizona has put him on injured reserve, with an expected absence of six to ten weeks.

Los Angeles travel to Allegiant Stadium on Sunday for Week 7, kick-off 4:25pm ET on FOX. Both teams are on losing runs: the Rams are 2-4 after two straight defeats, the Raiders 3-3 after three.

Sean McVay’s side went into the season as Super Bowl favourites. Last Sunday they lost 18-16 at home to Arizona as 12.5-point favourites, beaten by a field goal on the final play, and a week earlier Buffalo won 37-34 in overtime, also on the Rams’ own turf.

The underlying numbers still sit with the visitors. The Rams rank third in total offence (401.3 yards per game) and third in total defence (294.0 allowed). Las Vegas are 28th in yards allowed (371.7) and 26th in points allowed (27.0 per game).

The market agrees. The Rams are 4.5-point favourites at 1.95, with the moneyline at 1.48 against 2.75 for the Raiders and the total set at 47.5.

The all-time regular-season series is level at 8-8, and the Rams won the last meeting 20-15 on 20 October 2024. They’ve also covered in five of the last six games between the two franchises, and we’re backing them to do it again.

Las Vegas Raiders: 27 points a game scored, 27 conceded, and a run game ranked 30th Las Vegas Raiders

Kirk Cousins has completed 135 of 213 passes for 1,582 yards, 14 touchdowns and five interceptions. Klint Kubiak’s offence averages 27.0 points per game, sixth in the league, and 263.5 passing yards, seventh.

Brock Bowers has 28 catches for 382 yards and three touchdowns despite playing only four games. Tre Tucker adds 371 receiving yards and three scores, and the pair account for most of the explosive plays in this attack.

The ground game hasn’t followed. Las Vegas average 79.2 rushing yards per game, 30th in the NFL, and Ashton Jeanty has 313 yards on 98 carries, a little over three yards a time. Mike Washington Jr. has added 168.

The defence is the bigger concern. The Raiders lost 33-30 to Buffalo last Sunday after conceding 45 to New England and 30 to Kansas City. They’re 28th against the run (134.3 yards per game), 24th against the pass (237.3) and 26th in net yards per play.

Hezekiah Masses has three interceptions and Nakobe Dean leads the team with 56 tackles, while Maxx Crosby needs five more sacks for an eighth straight season of seven or more. One number works in the Raiders’ favour: they’re 7-3 against the spread in their last ten games.

Los Angeles Rams: the league’s busiest passer, now without Adams, Garrett and Ford Los Angeles Rams

Matthew Stafford, the reigning MVP, leads the NFL in pass attempts (249), completions (164) and passing yards (1,794). He has 11 touchdown passes and six interceptions, and the Rams rank second in passing offence at 288.7 yards per game.

With Adams out, Puka Nacua becomes the main target again. He has 37 catches for 417 yards despite missing two games. Kyren Williams has run for 393 yards and four touchdowns on 80 carries and caught 30 passes for 217 more, which makes him the obvious weapon against a run defence allowing 134.3 yards a game.

The injury list is long. Defensive tackle Poona Ford (triceps) and kicker Blake Grupe (knee) are on injured reserve for the season, Myles Garrett has been on IR since 17 September and Kobie Turner is ruled out.

Even so, the pass defence remains second in the league at 167.0 yards allowed per game. That matters against a Raiders team that has to throw because it can’t run. The Rams are weaker against the run (127.0 allowed, 26th), but Las Vegas have shown little sign they can exploit it. Byron Young has 3.5 sacks and Quentin Lake two interceptions.

The worry for backers is recent cover form. The Rams are 3-7 against the spread over their last ten games, a stretch that includes a 24-20 win over Philadelphia and a 30-26 defeat in Denver.

Probable lineup Las Vegas Raiders: Kirk Cousins (QB), Ashton Jeanty (RB), Tre Tucker (WR), Brock Bowers (TE); defence led by Maxx Crosby, Nakobe Dean and Hezekiah Masses
Probable lineup Los Angeles Rams: Matthew Stafford (QB), Kyren Williams (RB), Puka Nacua (WR); defence led by Byron Young and Quentin Lake

Free NFL Prediction: Las Vegas Raiders vs Los Angeles Rams

Our prediction: Los Angeles Rams -4.5 at 1.95

The shape of this game favours Los Angeles. A Raiders offence ranked 30th on the ground will have to win through the air, against the second-best pass defence in the league, while Stafford and Williams face a unit that has conceded 30 or more in three straight weeks.

We accept that losing Adams costs the Rams, and that their 3-7 cover record over ten games is poor. The gap in yards per game on both sides of the ball (58.6 more yards gained and 77.7 fewer allowed per game than Las Vegas) is still wide enough to absorb it.

The moneyline at 1.48 is thin, so we take the Rams at -4.5 for 1.95. We’re staying away from the total: the Under has landed in five of the last six meetings, even with both defences leaking this season.

About our free predictions

  • What we publish on MathOdds are analyses, nothing more. We share a view, a reading of the moment, but never a guarantee. Sport remains what it is: unpredictable. A red card, an injury, a last-minute goal, and the script changes completely.
  • Let’s be clear: there is no such thing as a risk-free bet. Even when it looks “obvious”, nothing ever is. And yes, that means you can lose. It’s even inevitable at some point.
  • The smartest approach is to stay reasonable. Bet small, set a budget and stick to it. Never use money you need to live on. And above all: don’t chase your losses: that rarely ends well.
  • A bet should remain a game, not a job or a source of income. If it starts taking up too much space in your daily life, causes stress or frustration, take a break. And if needed, talk to a support organisation: that’s what they’re there for.
  • Ultimately, responsibility lies with you. Reading our content means accepting that risk exists and will never disappear, no matter how good the analysis.
  • Essential reminder: gambling is prohibited for minors and must comply with the laws of your country. Need help? Visit begambleaware.org.

Information changes

A prediction is always based on what we know at the time of writing. But between publication and kick-off, a lineup can change, a player picks up an injury, the weather turns, and the analysis can quickly be outdated. We cannot be held responsible for that.
