Clark hits double figures across the board
Caitlin Clark did a little of everything on Friday night. Twenty-six points, ten rebounds, ten assists. The fourth triple-double of her career, and the Indiana Fever ran to a 112-98 win over the Portland Fire.
Indiana has now won five in a row. The Fever sit at 19-10 and look like a team hitting its stride at the right moment. Clark set the pace early and never let Portland settle.
Kelsey Mitchell matched her with 26 points. When those two heat up together, Indiana turns into a problem nobody in the league wants to solve.

Portland fought and fell short
Bridget Carleton kept the Fire within range for stretches, pouring in 26 points of her own. Portland needed more help around her, and it never came in the volume the night demanded.
The Fire dropped to 11-18. Friday laid bare the distance between a young group still figuring itself out and a Fever side that already knows exactly what it wants to be.
What comes next
Indiana wants to keep this run alive as the regular season tightens. A healthy Clark stuffing every column of the box score hands the Fever a ceiling few teams can match right now.
