TCU answer the Dublin defeat
Jaden Craig completed 24 of 31 passes for 391 yards and four touchdowns as TCU beat Grambling 63-7 on Saturday night in Fort Worth. He added 53 rushing yards on eight carries.
The Horned Frogs arrived at 0-1. Their season opened with a 15-10 loss to North Carolina in Dublin, a game in which they scored on their first two possessions and never again. Saturday brought 676 total yards, 285 of them on the ground.
Receiver Jordan Dwyer sat out a second straight game with a foot injury. The offense barely noticed. Kari Ashley caught seven passes for 119 yards and two touchdowns, Ed Small five for 101.

Three straight scoring drives broke it open
Major Everhart opened the night with an 8-yard run. TCU then punted and lost a fumble on their next two possessions. The second quarter fixed everything. Craig hit Ka’Morreun Pimpton for 28 yards to set up Jon Denman’s 1-yard plunge at 10:53, and Pimpton caught a 9-yard touchdown to push the lead to 21.
Grambling answered with a 91-yard drive. Reginald Johnson threw 62 yards to Jordan Bride, then found Byron Eaton Jr. for seven yards and a score with 4:25 left in the half. Johnson finished 14-of-20 for 190 yards and that touchdown.
TCU replied in 2:31, covering 76 yards, Joe Pitchford scoring from a yard out with 1:48 on the clock. That restored the 21-point cushion and the game stopped being one.
The defense took over after the break
Two interceptions followed in the second half, including a 67-yard pick-six by Teon Parks. Craig threw three more touchdown passes, twice finding Ashley. Grambling drop to 2-1. TCU move to 1-1 with the Dublin hangover behind them and a schedule that gets considerably harder from here.
