Markus Kolke

A key member of Werder Bremen's squad, M. Kolke has been an important figure in the Bundesliga this season. A native of Erlenbach in Germany, he converted his natural talent into a professional career through hard work and dedication. As a goalkeeper, his 187 cm height and 90 kg weight provide a real physical presence on the pitch. His anticipation and quick reactions allow him to make saves that others would simply not reach. In 2024, he moved to Werder Bremen from Hansa Rostock, for € 75K, underlining his value on the transfer market. The silverware in his career — notably Reg. Cup Hessen, Reg. Cup Mecklenburg-Vorpommern — confirms his ability to perform in the biggest moments. This 2025/2026 term, he is one of the players that Werder Bremen rely on to achieve their objectives in the Bundesliga. His well-rounded profile and accumulated experience make him one of the most important assets in Werder Bremen's squad.
