Another one out of the door at Milanello
Tuesday morning, another file closed. Kevin Zeroli is leaving.
The 21-year-old midfielder joins Sudtirol on loan with an option to buy, according to Foot Mercato, which reported the deal wrapped up before lunch. Destination: Serie B.
Padova had been in the race. They lost it.

The second tier again, and that is fine
This is not a punishment. It is the next step.
Zeroli comes off a solid spell at Juve Stabia, where he played regularly and built a reputation away from Milan’s youth setup. Enough to get noticed. Not enough to move up a very crowded pecking order at San Siro.
An academy product, he now ticks every box on the standard route. Homegrown. Loaned. Loaned again. Where it ends is anyone’s guess.
Sudtirol will give him games. At 21 nothing else counts.
Milan keep clearing the decks
Zeroli is not the only Rossoneri player on the move. The club pushed through a run of exits in the closing hours of the window, and over the past two days it has loaned Santiago Gimenez to Porto while bringing Omari Elijah Giraud-Hutchinson the other way.
Trim the squad, cut the wage bill, let the kids play somewhere else. The option to buy tucked into the contract tells its own story. Milan have left a door open, and an escape route with it.
