Cher Ndour valued at up to 35 M€
Cher Ndour is drawing interest from England. According to CaughtOffside, Liverpool and Aston Villa are keeping tabs on Fiorentina midfielder Ndour. Juventus and Inter are also said to be following his progress. La Viola are believed to want between 30 and 35 million euros before even thinking about letting him go.
The fee is eye-catching when you look at the player’s path. Ndour joined PSG on a free after coming through Benfica’s academy. He never really made the breakthrough there. Loan spells at Braga, then Besiktas. A permanent move to Fiorentina in January 2025, for around 5 M€.
Twenty months later, his value would have risen sevenfold.

A season that changed everything
The turning point came last season. Seven goals and three assists in 47 appearances in all competitions, including four strikes in the Conference League. The 1.90m midfielder also won his first two Italy caps in June.
He is 22 and under contract until 2029. So Fiorentina are in no hurry. They had already turned away several approaches in the last transfer window.
Two different Premier League needs
Liverpool are still looking to make up for the departure of Curtis Jones. The medium-term future of Alexis Mac Allister also needs watching. Aston Villa have more options in midfield, but they are without Amadou Onana after a torn anterior cruciate ligament.
No official bid is thought to have landed in Florence yet. Both clubs are said to like the player’s athleticism and versatility. The question now is which one makes the first move in January.
