La Liga has made its call. The next Clasico between Barcelona and Real Madrid will be played on Sunday October 25 at 21h. The Spotify Camp Nou will host the match, which is part of the 10th round of the Spanish league season.
The Spanish authorities confirmed the kick-off time on Tuesday afternoon. Broadcasters, clubs and fans can now circle the date. It is a primetime slot, as usual for the biggest fixtures in La Liga.

Two leaders who refuse to blink
The backdrop gives this one real bite. Barcelona and Real Madrid sit top of the table with nine points from three games. Neither side has dropped a point since the season got going again.
The Catalans arrive in good form. They came through with a 5-2 win over Rayo Vallecano last time out. So both title favourites will head into this Clasico with identical records, which does not happen all that often this early in the campaign.
A tricky run for Barca
The fixture list is making life awkward for the Blaugrana. The Clasico comes five days after the visit of Paris Saint-Germain in the Champions League. Two huge games in less than a week, with all the physical strain and squad rotation that brings.
Hansi Flick will have to manage it carefully. His senior players are set to go from a heavyweight European night straight into the most-watched domestic derby on the planet. And Camp Nou gets the marquee match it has been waiting for all season.
