Nine points in the league, a beating in Madrid
Inter have won all three of their Serie A games. Only Lazio, on 10, sit above their nine points. Then came Tuesday at the Santiago Bernabeu, where Kylian Mbappe scored on 14 minutes and Federico Valverde added a second, both goals handed over by Inter defenders. That 2-1 loss is the version of this team nobody at San Siro wants to see again tonight.
Kick-off is 8:45pm Paris time on Monday 14 September, closing out the Serie A round. It starts 15 minutes before the English and Spanish games, so it has the evening to itself for a quarter of an hour.
Udinese sit 13th on four points from three. They have spent years building a side that lives on transitions, the kind of setup that occasionally catches Italy’s bigger clubs standing still. San Siro is still San Siro.

DAZN, and nothing else
France has one route to this game. DAZN holds the Serie A rights, and the service runs through a web browser, a mobile app, a smart TV or one of several partner distributors. Bundles exist, including with Ligue 1+, if you are following both leagues. No free-to-air window exists for Serie A this season, so a subscription is the only way in.
Schedule subject to change by the competition organisers or the broadcaster.
