A hard fall, then a grab at the wrist
Giannis Antetokounmpo is listed as probable for Miami’s game against the Clippers with a sprained right wrist, according to Anthony Chiang. The Heat star came down hard after a drive in the second quarter. The play was first called a charge, then changed to a block on Jake LaRavia with 6:34 left in the period.
Antetokounmpo went to the bench a few minutes later and kept grabbing at the wrist. He still finished the game, which is why the probable tag, rather than a doubtful one, looks like the natural read.

Why the label matters
Probable means Miami expects him to play, and the fact that he stayed in after the fall points the same way. The wrist is his right one, and a sprain there affects shooting, ball security and the way he absorbs contact when he attacks the rim. Those are the parts of his game the Clippers will be testing.
The Heat have not released further detail on the severity of the sprain. Any change to his status would come with the final injury report on game day.
