On at 59, decisive by 80
Marco Reus came off the bench in the 59th minute with the Galaxy a goal down in Minnesota. He left the field a winner. Los Angeles took it 3-2.
Reus set up the equaliser in the 76th, then scored the winner in the 80th. The assist was a long pass from the left sideline that threaded past several defenders and reached Joao Klauss. Klauss had his back to goal and three men around him. He flicked a header in anyway, his first goal since March 22 and only his second appearance since foot surgery.
Four minutes later Lucas Calegari drove a long ball into the box. Reus arrived at the centre, stuck out his left foot and redirected it past Drake Callender. Seventh goal of the season, third in four games.

A road streak ends
Los Angeles had gone five away matches without a win. They had not scored three in a game since beating Charlotte 3-0 on February 28. Both runs ended on the same night.
Pablo Ruiz opened the scoring in the 12th from the penalty spot after Anthony Markanich fouled Kyogo Furuhashi. Ruiz lifted it over the wall and under the crossbar before Callender could move.
Minnesota hit back twice inside eight minutes. Marcus Caldeira got past Furuhashi in the middle of the box and headed a Wil Trapp delivery into the upper part of the net. Then Kelvin Yeboah won a penalty in the 27th, faked out JT Marcinkowski and rolled it into the empty left corner. Third straight game with a goal for Yeboah.
Eighth in the West, and still alive
The Galaxy move to 33 points from 27 matches and climb into eighth in the Western Conference, one point clear of Portland. It is only their third win in twelve.
Minnesota drop to 29 points and have gone 0-4-1 across their last five. Marcinkowski made three saves, Callender two.
