Four goals conceded, four different ways
A run in behind. A curled finish. A corner. A counter. Besiktas found four separate routes through Marseille at Vodafone Park, and none of them looked difficult.

Three minutes that took the tie away
Cerny curled one in from the edge of the six-yard area on 56 minutes. Genesio went straight to his bench for Paixao and Emerson. Before the change could settle anything, Amir Murillo, a Marseille player not so long ago, met a corner and headed in the third on 59.
The back line kept offering space. Fakili hit the bar. Gouiri and Aguerd arrived and the pattern stayed the same. Poku wrapped it up on 81, finishing a break started by Olaitan, who had been a problem down that side all night.
PSG on Sunday, and three days to fix it
Marseille fly home with a passable first half and a defensive bill that keeps growing. The Velodrome hosts Le Classique at the weekend.
Genesio will be asked about the rotation. He will also be asked why a back line that was holding an away tie at 1-1 stopped functioning inside a quarter of an hour.
