Frosinone have drawn a line in the sand, according to La Gazzetta dello Sport via Calciomercato.it: a minimum of 25 million euros, and no interest in selling in mid-season. The newly promoted side want to settle into Serie A before cashing in on their prized asset.

Under contract until June 2028, Kvernadze is going nowhere anytime soon. That is exactly why Frosinone hold the upper hand in talks. Roma are expected to test the club’s resolve in the coming weeks, but there is no guarantee they can strike a deal before the winter window shuts.
