A parting sixteen years in the making
Twenty-five million dollars. That’s the number now attached to Thierry Henry’s SoHo penthouse, roughly 22 million euros, with Sotheby’s International Realty handling the listing. Henry bought the place back in 2010, the year he first pulled on a New York Red Bulls jersey.
He and his partner Andrea Rajacic actually picked up two separate units that year, paying $14.9 million combined before knocking them into a single home.

Room to spare in the heart of Manhattan
The numbers are big. 565 square metres inside, another 316 outside spread across several levels. Five bedrooms. Five bathrooms. Views that stretch to the Brooklyn and Williamsburg bridges, plus a private parking spot and a secure lift.
This isn’t the first attempt to sell. The penthouse briefly hit the market in 2025 before being pulled, and now it’s back with a bigger price tag attached, sixteen years after Henry first signed for it.
Not ready to let it go, exactly
Henry doesn’t pretend otherwise. “We were and still are in love with this place,” he says of the home. These days he’s based mainly in London, but the four years he spent in Red Bulls colours, from 2010 to 2014, closed out his playing career.
