Annecy and Metz cancel each other out
Different mood at Annecy. Savanier curled a free-kick in for the Grenats on 24 minutes, and nine minutes later young Kadan Young hauled it back level.
1-1. Neither side found anything else.
Metz walk away with a point and a line in the record that matters more: four rounds, no defeats. Not yet a run to build a season on, but they have avoided the trapdoor so far.
The two are neighbours in the table, Annecy sixth with Metz just behind. A draw that moves nobody, which is Ligue 2 in a sentence.
