Football: Renard returns to take charge of Ivory Coast

A familiar face back in the Elephants’ dugout

Herve Renard is back. The Ivorian federation announced on Tuesday, through its social channels, that the French coach will take charge of the national team. He replaces Emerse Fae.

This is not new ground for him. Renard already ran the Elephants from 2014 to 2015, and that spell ended with silverware, the 2015 Africa Cup of Nations.
