Fribourg – Bayern Munich: the Rekordmeister want to rule the Black Forest

Still, this one could throw up a few sparks.

As for Bayern Munich, this is basically a running exhibition right now. Vincent Kompany’s side are flattening everyone in sight and sitting pretty with a nine-point cushion over Borussia Dortmund. Before the break, they tore Union Berlin apart 4-0 without even getting out of second gear.
Bayern’s attack is scoring at a ridiculous rate, with at least four goals in four of their last five outings. Fribourg’s one sliver of hope might be the odd slip on the road from the leaders, who have occasionally dropped points in draws. But with the squad flying, Bayern arrive in the Black Forest hell-bent on killing this one off without a hint of mercy.
