Treatment done, no return date
Kawhi Leonard has finished the treatment aimed at settling the swelling in his left knee, the Toronto Raptors said overnight, according to a report from Michael Scotto. It is the first positive update on the forward’s knee, though it does not put a date on his comeback.
Leonard now moves into the return-to-play process, a step-by-step progression back toward game action. The team added that it will update his progress in one week, which sets the next checkpoint for around 11 November.

What it means for Toronto
The announcement matters because the swelling kept Leonard’s availability uncertain, and the Raptors have had no timeline to plan around. A weekly update suggests the club wants to see how the knee responds as the workload increases before saying more. Until then, Toronto has to keep building its rotation without a firm answer on one of its key pieces.
Nothing in the announcement points to a setback. It simply closes one phase and opens another, and the next week of rehab will show how quickly the next one moves.
