A record falls on a 33-point night
Kelsey Mitchell blew up one of the WNBA record book’s biggest marks overnight. The Indiana guard poured in 33 points against Toronto. Her season total now stands at 1,034 points. A’ja Wilson had held the mark since 2024 with 1,021.
Mitchell shot 12 of 17 from the floor. She knocked down 7 of her 11 attempts from beyond the arc. The Fever won 103-85.
The guard also stretched another streak that already belonged to her. She now has 25 straight games with at least 20 points. Nobody in league history had ever kept that pace going for so long.

Eight wins in ten, and Clark posting 28 and 14
Caitlin Clark played her part in the show. The point guard added 28 points and 14 assists, matching her season best in that category. It was her 14th double-double of the year.
Indiana has now won eight of its last ten games. The Fever host Washington on Sunday as they keep building momentum ahead of the postseason. The timing could hardly be better: the WNBA has just returned after the break for the FIBA World Cup, and the race for playoff spots is down to the wire.
Two wins in 23 games for the expansion side
Toronto, meanwhile, suffered a fifth straight loss. The Canadian franchise has won only two of its last 23 games after opening its story at 9-9.
Laura Juskaite finished as Toronto’s top scorer with 22 points. Kiki Rice added 18. Marina Mabrey missed the game with a right groin injury and will not play in the final four games. Toronto will finish its season at home against New York.
