Seventeen seasons of Standard Chartered, ending in 2027
A bank logo that has sat on Liverpool shirts since 2010 has a departure date. Turkish Airlines takes over as main partner from the start of the 2027/28 campaign, with the carrier’s name on the front of the men’s, women’s and academy shirts. The contract kicks in on June 1, 2027.
Standard Chartered is not vanishing. The bank stays on as a global partner, just not on the match shirt, closing out a 17-season run in the summer of 2027.
The Athletic reports a five-year agreement worth north of 300 million pounds, roughly 350 million euros.

The British outlet is precise about the claim. Biggest front-of-shirt sponsorship in Premier League history, once you strip out sleeve, shorts and training ground deals.
That caveat is worth sitting with. English clubs slice up every square centimetre of kit and sell it separately now, which is why headline numbers keep climbing. Liverpool have topped the market on the single most visible patch of fabric, with none of the side income folded in.
Around 70 million euros a season, then. A long way north of what Standard Chartered was paying.

For Turkish Airlines, this is a global billboard bought at a moment when the carrier is pushing hard into sport. The catch is the calendar: 21 months until the deal starts. Liverpool spend two more seasons wearing the name of a sponsor everyone knows is leaving.
