A serious option for the Eagles
Wilfried Zaha could be on his way back to Crystal Palace. According to TEAMtalk, the Eagles are seriously weighing up a move to bring back their former forward, three years after he left the club.
The Ivory Coast international is 33 and has been without a contract since leaving Charlotte FC. That means the Premier League club would not have to pay a transfer fee.
No final call has been made yet. Palace are still running through their options.

He is already training there
The detail that changes everything: Zaha has been training for several weeks at Copers Cope, Crystal Palace’s training ground. He is working there with his personal fitness coach.
The player is said to be open to the return. He is even understood to be willing to make financial sacrifices to get the move done. That is a strong signal in a case like this.
Nothing official yet, though. The story comes from TEAMtalk and remains a possibility, not a done deal.
458 games and 90 goals in Palace colours
The symbolic weight of a return like this goes well beyond the football side. Zaha came through at Crystal Palace. He had two spells there, racking up 458 appearances and 90 goals.
Few players can boast that sort of record at one Premier League club. His second stint ended in 2023, before his move to Galatasaray.
Selhurst Park knows the script. The only question is whether the hierarchy go through with it, or whether this one stays in the good story pile.
