Niemann stands alone at the top
Joaquin Niemann had things his own way at LIV Golf New York on Sunday at Trump National in Bedminster. The Chilean carded a 268 total, 16 under par, to finish three shots clear of Harold Varner III.
It meant more than just another win. It was his ninth individual title on the LIV circuit, the most anyone has managed. Niemann now sits alone at the top of the league’s win list. The payday? $4 million, taken from a $20 million individual purse.

Rahm wraps up the season crown
Behind him, the race for the podium fizzled out late on. Lee Westwood dropped a bogey at the final hole and ended up third, tied with Scott Vincent, at 9 under par.
The other big winner of the weekend was Jon Rahm. The Spaniard locked up the season’s individual standings, making it three titles in a row on that list. In the team event, Crushers GC lifted the trophy.
A circuit on the rise
LIV keeps pulling in the headline names and the giant cheques. Niemann, meanwhile, keeps proving he belongs near the top. The Chilean is now one of the circuit’s leading figures, with the next major season only a few months away.
