BIOGRAPHY
A regular presence in PSV Eindhoven's squad, M. Kovář has made his mark in the Eredivisie through consistent performances. Born in Uherské Hradiště, Czech Republic, he carries the footballing culture of his homeland into every match he plays. His profile as a goalkeeper is enhanced by his dimensions — 196 cm tall and 88 kg — ideal for the professional game. His ability to come for crosses and deal with long-range efforts is one of his most valuable assets. The move from Manchester United to Bayer Leverkusen (€ 5M) in 2023 marked a pivotal moment in his professional development. His trophy cabinet includes DFB Pokal, Super Cup among his major honours, evidence of a career built on collective success. The 2025/2026 season provides him with the opportunity to consolidate his status within PSV Eindhoven's first team. With his technical ability and competitive drive, M. Kovář has many more chapters to write in his professional story.
