Agreement to Terms

MATHODDS is a brand and registered trademark owned and operated by PENSEBET SAS. All references to “MATHODDS” represent the legal entity PENSEBET SAS. All products, services, and intellectual property under the MATHODDS brand are owned by PENSEBET SAS. Any claims or liabilities arising from use of MATHODDS services will be handled by PENSEBET SAS.
Intellectual Property Rights
All content on the Site — including source code, databases, software, designs, audio, video, text, photos, graphics, trademarks, and logos (collectively, “Content” and “Marks”) — is owned or licensed by us and protected by copyright and trademark law.

Automatic Renewal and Cancellation

Dispute Resolution
Informal Negotiations
Before initiating arbitration, both parties agree to attempt informal resolution for at least 30 days, beginning upon written notice from either party.
Binding Arbitration
Unresolved disputes shall be submitted to the International Commercial Arbitration Court under the European Arbitration Chamber (Brussels, Belgium). Arbitration will be conducted by three arbitrators, with Paris, France as the legal seat, and proceedings in English under French substantive law.
Restrictions
- Arbitration is limited to individual disputes — no class actions.
- No arbitration may be consolidated with another proceeding.
- No disputes may be brought in a representative capacity.
Exceptions
The following are exempt from arbitration: intellectual property disputes, theft or piracy claims, invasion of privacy, unauthorized use, and claims for injunctive relief.
Corrections
We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions on the Site at any time without prior notice.
Disclaimer
THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS-IS” AND “AS-AVAILABLE.” YOUR USE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.
