About us

Sports first. Data second. Always context.

MathODDS didn’t start as a brand or a business plan. It started with people who spend way too much time watching games, checking numbers, and asking the same question over and over: “What’s really going on here?”

Some of us come from journalism. Others from statistics or digital media. Different backgrounds, same habit : trying to understand sports beyond the final score.

What we actually do

Every day, we publish a lot of content. Sometimes quick reads, sometimes deeper dives. Football (soccer), basketball, tennis, US sports : if it matters today, we’re probably looking at it.

We focus on things like momentum, rotations, match context, form, and trends. Not because it sounds smart, but because that’s usually where the story is.

No hype, no shortcuts

We’re not here to sell miracles.
We don’t promise wins, profits, or secret formulas.

What we offer is simpler than that: information you can trust, written by people who actually follow the games and check their work.

How we work

There’s a real editorial process behind MathODDS. We build our own tools and spend a lot of time staring at numbers.
Articles don’t just go live : they get questioned, discussed, sometimes rewritten.
Staying independent in how we think and publish isn’t a slogan. It’s how this works.

What you’ll find on MathODDS

  • Daily sports news, without the noise
  • Performance analysis based on recent data
  • Team and player trends that actually make sense
  • A clear calendar of what’s coming up
  • Editorial opinions — honest, sometimes blunt

The people reading us

MathODDS isn’t just a website. It’s also a community.

On X, Instagram, Facebook, Discord, or through our newsletter, we talk with thousands of people who care about sports and enjoy thinking about them. The tone is direct. Sometimes sarcastic. Always respectful.

Who’s behind MathODDS?

A mix of experienced writers and younger contributors. People who argue about rotations, disagree on predictions, double-check stats, and still manage to publish every day.

Together, that means:

  • 10+ active writers
  • 200+ articles every week
  • A presence across the entire web

What we are not

We’re not here to sell dreams.
We’re not here to tell you what to bet on, come on.
And we’re definitely not here to pretend there’s a perfect system.

Our job is information. What you do with it, is truly up to you.

What comes next

We’re slowly adding new formats. Audio. Interviews. Better analysis tools. Nothing rushed, nothing forced.

The idea is simple: make MathODDS more useful, without losing what made it work in the first place.

One last thing about betting

We like betting. We like stats. We like thinking about odds.
But there’s a line, and it matters.

Betting should stay fun. Not something you need. Not something you chase. Not something that takes over.

  • Set a budget. Respect it.
  • Never bet to recover losses, it’s the fastest way to go broke !
  • Gambling is entertainment, definitely not income.

If it ever stops feeling that way, step back ASAP. Most platforms offer self-exclusion and limit tools. In France, you can also request an official gambling ban through the ANJ. It applies to all licensed operators and lasts at least three years.

You’re not alone if things get complicated. Slowing down is always better than letting it slide.

Reminder : gambling is strictly prohibited for minors.
