The Oklahoma City Thunder are no longer signing free agent Ochai Agbaji. NBA insider Shams Charania reported the reversal on Saturday, citing sources, and HoopsHype relayed it.
The reason is the injury to Chet Holmgren. Oklahoma City will be without its centre for two-plus months, and the franchise is stepping back to reconsider how to use its open roster spot, per the report. An earlier report had the Thunder planning to bring Agbaji in.
