Torino – Udinese: edge to the Granata, Udinese with their backs to the wall
Still hunting for a first win at the Stadio Olimpico Grande Torino, Udinese travel on Wednesday under the weight of a three-match winless run. Torino, by contrast, arrive in good nick — nine points from twelve — and look steadier going into this 19th round of Serie A.
Torino: solid form to confirm
Just one spot above Udinese in the table, Torino can nudge further clear. Marco Baroni’s men have been convincing lately: 1-0 wins over Cremonese and Sassuolo, then a tidy 3-0 at Hellas Verona to kick off 2026 the right way. In Verona the game looked like it would be another narrow victory after Giovanni Simeone opened the scoring in the 10th minute against his old club. But Cesare Casadei and Alieu Njie struck late to swell the score and hand Torino their third away win this season.
Funny season stat: Torino have actually picked up one more point away than at home, although it’s marginal. Crucially, the Granata haven’t lost to Udinese in almost four years — their last defeat was in February 2022, in Udine.
Udinese: blistering start, then the collapse
Over the last five matchdays the contrast is stark: Torino are in the top five for form, Udinese are down in the dumps. The Bianconeri have gone four games without a win at the Stadio Olimpico Grande Torino and arrive in full-on turbulence.
Their only recent bright spot in the league is that prestige win over reigning champions Napoli (1-0) — proof they can raise their level when things click. But they were hammered 5-1 in Florence by a struggling Fiorentina, then lost 1-0 at Como to start 2026, extending a very poor run away from Udine. After a flying start with 1-0 wins at Inter and Pisa, Udinese have taken just one of their last seven Serie A games and just one of their last eight away from home in all competitions. Their sole away win since September — a 2-0 at Parma — looks cosmetic.

Football Prediction Torino vs Udinese
Both teams to score
Despite their away struggles, Udinese still find the net on the road — they’ve been shut out only twice in nine away games. Torino are sharp but not watertight at home, with just one clean sheet in their last six at the Olimpico. The Granata are favorites, but instability on both sides points to an open game where either team can score.

First, a word on our tips
- What we publish on Mathodds is analysis, nothing more. We offer an opinion, a snapshot — never a promise. Sport is unpredictable. A red card, an injury, a freak goal… and the whole script flips.
- Let’s be clear: there’s no such thing as a risk-free bet. Even when it looks “obvious”, it rarely is. Yes, you can lose. It’s inevitable at some point.
- Be sensible. Stake small, set a budget and stick to it. Don’t touch money you need to live on. And don’t chase losses — that rarely ends well.
- Betting should be a game, not a job or a source of income. If it’s taking over your life, annoying you or stressing you out, take a break. If needed, talk to a specialist organisation. That’s what they’re there for.
- Ultimately, responsibility is yours. Reading our content means accepting the risk exists and it won’t disappear, even with the best analysis in the world.
- Important reminder: betting is forbidden to minors and must comply with your country’s laws. Gambling can spiral (money losses, family tensions, addiction). Need Help? Call 1-800-GAMBLER. In the UK? Visit https://www.gambleaware.org/https://www.gambleaware.org/.
No commitment on our part
Our predictions aren’t a contract. They carry no legal weight. Plain and simple: you can’t use them to make any claim if a bet loses.
Information changes
A prediction is based on what we know when we write it. Line-ups change, players pick up injuries, weather turns nasty… and the analysis can quickly be out of date. We can’t be held responsible for that.
