Sacramento Kings – Golden State Warriors: California grudge match
Kings vs Warriors — that California clash that had everyone dreaming in 2023. Almost three years on, Sacramento’s fallen back into the West’s gutter, and the Playoffs look light‑years away. Golden State turn up heavy favourites, even if they’re on the road where they’ve had some trouble this season.
Sacramento Kings: lean on defense… or lose?
Things aren’t exactly rosy in Sacramento. Six straight losses: they haven’t won a game or topped 110 points in any contest in 2026… You don’t survive in the NBA scoring that little, especially when your defense is porous. 121.6 points conceded on average this season, 27th out of 30 in the big league.
At least the Kings get the home court — five of their eight wins this 2025-26 campaign came there. But without Keegan Murray and Domantas Sabonis, it’s going to be brutal against a Warriors side hungry for wins. Still, Sacramento won the only meeting between the clubs this season without those two starters, so maybe that’s a sliver of hope for tonight.
Golden State Warriors: ride the momentum
As usual in recent years, the Warriors swing between brilliant and flat in the regular season. Luckily for them, they’re in a good patch right now. Seven wins in their last ten, against an easy schedule — but a win’s a win. Golden State has shown it can make light work of weaker teams, and Sacramento fits that bill.
Steph Curry remains the eternal offensive leader of the franchise, and he’s expected to be joined by Jimmy Butler III and Draymond Green for this one. The Warriors can lean on their high-level defense (8th best in the league, conceding just 113.6 points on average) to choke a Kings attack that’s falling apart.
NBA Pick Sacramento Kings vs Golden State Warriors
The Kings to score under 107.5 points
Golden State have one of the league’s best defenses, Sacramento one of the worst offenses. The Warriors are on a roll; the Kings still haven’t won a game this calendar year. Everything points to another chaotic offensive showing from Sacramento.

First, a word on our picks
- What we publish on Mathodds are analyses, nothing more. We share an opinion, a snapshot read, never a guarantee. Sport is what it is: unpredictable. A red card, an injury, a freak moment… and the whole script flips.
- Let’s be clear: there’s no such thing as a risk-free bet. Even when it seems “obvious”, nothing truly is. And yes, that means you can lose. It’s inevitable sooner or later.
- Best to stay sensible. Bet small, set a budget and stick to it. Don’t touch money you need to live. And don’t chase losses — it rarely ends well.
- Betting should stay a game, not a job or an income source. If it’s taking over your life, stressing you out or making you angry, take a break. If needed, talk to a specialist organisation. That’s what they’re there for.
- Ultimately, responsibility’s yours. Reading our content means accepting the risk exists and won’t vanish, even with the best analysis in the world.
- Essential reminder: betting is forbidden to minors and must follow the law in your country. Gambling can go wrong fast (money loss, family tensions, addiction). Need Help? Call 1-800-GAMBLER. In the UK? Visit https://www.gambleaware.org/https://www.gambleaware.org/.
No commitment from us
Our picks aren’t a contract. They have no legal weight. In short: you can’t rely on them to claim anything if a bet loses.
Info that changes
A pick is based on what we know when we write it. But team line-ups (like the Kings’) change, a player gets hurt, the weather turns… and the analysis can become obsolete fast. We can’t be held responsible for that.
Your role
Before betting, simply check that gambling’s legal where you are. If it’s not, that’s your responsibility, not ours.
Responsible gambling first
We can’t say it enough: gamble in moderation. If you’re struggling to stay in control, don’t wait to get help. We can’t be responsible for compulsive or excessive use of the info on this site.
Legal age
