A huge showdown in the race for the podium
This clash between AS Monaco and Olympique de Marseille had all the feel of a season-defining game in the run-in. With six matches left, every point mattered, and both sides had plenty on the line in the fight for Champions League football.

A lively first half, but no end product
The game came out fast and hard, with both teams looking to play on the front foot. Marseille were the more adventurous side, especially down the flanks, but kept fluffing the final ball. The chances piled up, though they never really forced the keeper into panic mode.

It briefly made things interesting, but it was too little, too late. Monaco stayed solid to the final whistle and banked a huge win.
