Parma – Pisa: a clash with huge consequences
Serie A serves up a high-stakes fixture this Saturday afternoon. Pisa head to the Ennio Tardini knowing they simply have to win to keep even the faintest survival hopes alive. Parma have all but sealed another season in the top flight, while the visitors are staring down the barrel of official relegation.
Parma have found their calm again
The Emilia side are enjoying their strongest spell of the 2025-2026 campaign. With only two defeats in their last 10 games, the Gialloblu have dragged themselves clear of trouble in solid fashion. A recent win over Udinese underlined that upward trend. With 39 points on the board, Carlos Cuesta’s men are sitting comfortably in mid-table. At home, the aim will be to keep that control and finally shut the door on any relegation talk.
Pisa’s nightmare and relegation closing in
Pisa’s points picture has turned grim after another frustrating home defeat last weekend. They are now 10 points adrift of safety with only five matches left, a gap that looks almost impossible to close. Oscar Hiljemark, who took over in February, has failed to arrest the slide. The numbers in attack are especially ugly, with this squad struggling to threaten in the final third. Unless they find something fast, Pisa could be mathematically done by the final whistle. Four straight defeats and a worrying lack of confidence have left the dressing room badly short on belief.
Probable lineups
Parma : Suzuki ; Circati, Troilo, Ndiaye ; Delprato, Bernabe, Nicolussi Caviglia, Keita, Valeri ; Strefezza, Pellegrino
Pisa : Semper ; Calabresi, Caracciolo, Canestrelli ; Toure, Hojolt, Aebischer, Akinsanmiro, Angori ; Tramoni, Moreo
Football prediction Parma vs Pisa
Parma win
The form lines are going in opposite directions. Pisa look too brittle mentally to live with the technical control Parma have shown in recent weeks.
The visitors’ lack of cutting edge should make life fairly straightforward for the Emilia defence. Pisa’s fate could be sealed by the final whistle on Saturday.

Before anything else, a word on our tips
- What we publish on Mathodds is analysis, nothing more. We share an opinion, a read on the current situation, but never a guarantee. Sport is what it is: unpredictable. A red card, an injury, a goal from nowhere… and the whole script changes.
- Let’s be clear: there is no such thing as a risk-free bet. Even when something looks obvious, nothing truly is. And yes, that means you can lose. In fact, at some point, you will.
- The sensible thing is to stay disciplined. Bet small, set a budget and stick to it. Never touch money you need to live on. And above all: don’t chase losses, because that rarely ends well.
- A bet should stay a bit of fun, not a job or a source of income. If it starts taking over your life, winds you up or puts you under pressure, take a break. And if you need to, speak to a specialist service. That’s what it’s there for.
- In the end, responsibility is yours. Reading our content means accepting that risk exists and that it will never disappear, even with the best analysis in the world.
- Essential reminder: betting is forbidden to minors and must follow the law in your country. Gambling can spiral fast, leading to money problems, family tension and addiction. Need Help? Call 1-800-GAMBLER. In the UK? Visit https://www.gambleaware.org/https://www.gambleaware.org/.
No commitment from us
Our tips are not a contract. They carry no legal weight. In plain English: you cannot use them to claim anything if a bet goes wrong.
Information changes
A tip is always based on what we know at the time of writing. But then a team sheet changes, a player gets injured, the weather turns ugly… and the analysis can quickly be out of date. We cannot be held responsible for that.
Your role
Before you bet, check that gambling is legal where you are. If it is not, that is your responsibility, not ours.
